- The poster boards measure 100 cm wide by 200 cm high (portrait format).
- Thus PLEASE ENSURE that your poster is printed in portrait and NOT landscape format.
- Also PLEASE ENSURE that your poster is printed no larger than 90 cm wide by 100 cm high.
- Velcro will be provided for your use.
- NO pins, blue-tak or sellotape can be used as these will damage the panels and you will be charged for any damage incurred.
- You may erect your poster on Thursday 11th September from 1300 hours in the Old Kitchen.
- Your poster must be removed by 0900 hours on Friday 12th September. Any posters remaining after this time will not be returned to the authors but destroyed.
- Each author has been allocated a board number which is detailed in the programme book.
- Important - please note that posters will now be shown during pre-dinner drinks on Thursday 11th September rather than during lunch as originally planned. One hour and 15 minutes has been allocated towards poster presentations in the Old Kitchen of Queens' College, located across the Mathematical Bridge in the old part of the college.
