RNA therapeutics in cardiovascular disease
RNA therapeutics in cardiovascular disease covers novel strategies and innovative, cutting-edge RNA-based modalities to target critical etiological pathways in cardiovascular disease. This session will feature 4 talks bringing together approaches tapping into pathways involving various non-coding RNAs, miRNAs and nucleic acid based therapies to treat cardiovascular pathologies. Travel grants for students
Travel grant applications to support attendance of student members at the Joint BAS-BSCR Meeting June 2026 meeting in Manchester.
Student members who are the presenting authors of abstracts submitted for the Manchester meeting are eligible to apply for up to £150. Travel grants will be awarded to top scoring abstracts selected for oral or poster presentation.
The deadline for applications is 17:00 hrs – Monday 2 March (CLOSED).
Note you do not need to have received notification of your abstract acceptance to apply. Funds will be paid after the meeting upon receipt of a claim form with receipts.
