Abstract submission deadline: Monday 3rd July: Submissions now closed.
Registration deadline: Monday 21 August
Registration includes entry to all the programme sessions, programme + abstract book, posters, exhibition, daily refreshments.
A SEPARATE registration must be completed per delegate.
STUDENTS must support their registration with a letter from your Head of Department confirming your status.
This must be received on the same day that you complete your registration to attend.
SPEAKERS:
No requirement to register. The meeting office will be in contact with you directly about your requirements.
ABSTRACT PRESENTERS – ORAL AND POSTER:
Please register in the normal way. No discounted registration rates apply for abstract presenters.
If you are the presenting author, BAS membership should be applied for during abstract submission window (ie by Monday 26 June) in order to register at the published discounted Student or Junior member rates.
If you register after 27 June, the full price non member rate will apply.
